Donald Averitt is a 30-year career veteran in the franchising industry in various management positions. He has been instrumental in the development and growth of National and International franchise brands. As Vice President of Franchise Development, he has sold hundreds of domestic and international franchised locations. Additionally, he has assisted independent business owners to convert their business into new, start-up franchises. And he has managed preparation and registration of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), as well as operations and training manuals.
Donald has owned and operated his own franchise as well as independent businesses. He has also successfully managed over $200 million in Mergers and Acquisitions. Donald brings valuable franchise and general business experience to his clients, understanding their challenges and opportunities.
He has conducted presentations on many Business Development seminars, as well as “How-to-Buy-a-Franchise” seminars. He is the author of the book, “Franchise Validator – Questions you Should Ask to Avoid Financial Ruin”.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Donald lives in Henderson, Nevada with his wife.
